My LG Keybo2 was demanding an unlock code.



I’d pushed the wrong button and my LG Keybo2 Cell Phone was now locked and demanding “Enter Unlock Code” to work.

It was panic time since I’d tweaked this $10/Mth prepaid phone to provide cross country, unlimited incoming and outgoing calls and several lines are forwarded to this unit.     It’s my main line.  More …

Neither a review of the documentation nor an initial web search turned up the answer and it was a quickly becoming a nervous Sunday.

Fortunately I landed in a forum discussing the topic and discovered that many cell phones have the same locking feature to prevent unauthorized use and many owners were in a similar panic.

The Solution.  In my case;   The solution I discovered to unlock the phone was to enter the last four numbers of my cell phone number.

Send this to all your friends; …. It may save some-ones sanity.
